We know it’s not easy shopping online for clothes. Even for a very conscious and careful shopper, looking at a photo of the item is not the same as trying it on!

You might not like the fit, size, shape, colour or the overall look of it. It’s just not possible to always get it right. We understand! So, we will try our best to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return for refund or exchange.

Our Rules For Returns:


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email us at


Non-returnable items:

Gift Cards.
Underwear: This includes all styles of panties and boxers. This is for obvious hygiene reasons. The only time we may allow it is if there is a manufacturing fault with the item.

Sale Items: Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded. You might be able to exchange a SALE item, please see Exchange information below.



Should you wish to exchange your item for another size or colour and we have it in stock, then we will happily give you an exchange.

We are a sustainable business and as such we try not to create large amounts of dead stock clothing. Instead, we buy in limited quantities so we may not always have another size or colour in the item you are looking for.


Our Rules for Exchanges:

Within 30 days of your purchase, we will exchange an item for you if it is not defective or damaged. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the tags attached.

SALE Items: We will only exchange a SALE item like for like. For example; we will exchange it for an alternate size, should we have it in stock. We will NOT exchange a SALE item for a different product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Shipping An Item For Refund or Exchange

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

We are a small independent business so we cannot afford to pay the cost of returning your items. So, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Is your Refund Late or Missing?

If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it, please follow this process:

1. We ask you to check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
